I purchased a pair of jeans in store, and specifically asked the clerk why the total was higher than the amount of jeans, and she told me it was the rewards and the price would change after the reward I was using was subtracted. After getting the receipt, it showed I was charged 20.00 more than what was on the tag. She then said the tag was incorrect, I went back and got two pair off the shelf and brought up to the counter. They too were marked the same as my pair. She was furious and said you used your rewards and only paid 21.00 for the jeans... I kindly told her that if they were rang up correctly, I would have only paid 1.00 ... she refused to refund the money saying the jeans were no returnable... User's recommendation: Check your receipts and totals before signing agreeing to pay.
