On 9/14/19 went to the Famous Daves on highway 7 (thornton co) for supper. This was our sons birthday and also had guests in from out of town. There was a total of 5 people for this meal at about 4:30 (hoping to beat the rush). We were greeted and shown to a table in a timely manner, but then the "fun" started. It was 10-15 minutes before our drinks were supplied and our orders were taken. After waiting approximately 45 minutes I went to find someone that could explain the delay. I was told that they were busy with to go orders and they were taking priority. After approximately an hour our food was delivered. It needs to be noted that there were approximately 4-5 empty tables on each side, so it wasn't like the business was slammed. Famous Dave's may have lost future customers. Our out of town guests stated they may never go to another Famous Dave's and my husband and son were very disappointed.
