I have shopped at Shop LC for several years and literally have bought hundreds of dollars of items in that time period. Their customer service has always been top notch and if I ever had an issue (very rarely) they always addressed it to my satisfaction. I love the jewelry but be a discerning shopper! Read the reviews, don't buy plated or silvertone jewelry if you want quality that lasts. Be careful about buying things with micro pave or many tiny stones as if one is lost, which does happen the item is worthless. I buy very carefully and only quality 925 silver or vermeil items that are quality set. Love the Bali collection, but have had a couple silver bands break on the backside if the silver isn't heavy enough. Use caution and shop SMART!
