My name is Brad Oldenburg last Friday 09/10/2021 my girlfriend and I went into the Culverts on Milwaukee Ave in Burlington, WI. we got there around 8:50 p.m we ordered our food and sat at our table, 15 minutes later a counter person tells us they cant make out Concrete's do to machine being broken down, she then informs us that we need to eat our dinner quickly because when we put in our order they were closed, but the front door clearly stated 10 am - 10 p.m we paid $ 35.00 for two fish dinners. As we sat there they closed drive thru and were very rude to the people telling them they are closed. When they brought out our food they slammed it on the table and told us to hurry up. We ate a few bites and left. Next day when we drove by they were closed and stayed that way for about a week. Today 09/16/2021 we went back for dinner again only this time we went in at 7 pm again we were made to feel like an inconvenience, again once we sat down they came out and told us again no concrete available only shakes. We sat there and I watched them put our food in the window and it sat there for 10 minuets, then the lady working the counter placed it on a tray and it sat there for 10 more minuets, when it was finally served the two burgers were cold and greasy, we spent $23.81 for bad food and very rude service. We will never eat at that store again, also once they took our order another couple came in and they said were closed if you want food go through drive thru... I have over 45 years in the food industry and I have never seen such rude employees in my life
