yes i went thru at 12:00pm. there was a line around the building so i chose to go in.. there were 2 people in front of me so i waiting patiently.. finally my turn and the little kid looked like he just got out of bed the manager looked like she had been doing yard work and i went to order the ultimate fettachini and of course its not on the menu. so i ordered 2 chicken fettichini with broccoli and of course i got no chicken on either of my orders. i paid $19.60 for both and i waited almost 15 min for my 2 dinners that i ordered to go. I was expecting a small wait but not 15 min. I finally had to go up and ask someone once they finally came to the front after about 2 min. then the dirty manager said it is coming up now... the little guy who just woke up handed them to me and they were sideways in the bag so all the sauce has been ran out in my bag and car. The bread was so hard we had to throw it away. i have no sauce left so now dry noodles with a little bit of broccoli. I will not be returning to ur store anytime soon. I have been trying to call the store for almost 30 min now for them to rectify the situation but nobody is answering the phone. You have lost a very dedicated once a weeker customers... i will pay the extra and get my pasta from olive garden.
