Over a month of waiting for my package

I placed an order on May 12th and have yet to receive it. They supposedly sent out a new package bit it has been 12 days since the tracking label was created and yet again nothing. I've reached out and they keep telling me to be patient it is on it's way. I am having a hard time believing that.
