I wish I had read reviews before spending money with this company. I ordered a 5d painting on 1/23/20. Tracking stopped as of 3/19 and is now expired. Had multiple (probably 10 or more) emails back and forth finally asking for a refund or replacement in late May/early June. Nothing offered. Again with the excuses of the pandemic. I have ordered a lot of products from China within the past 5 months and have received them all except for this one. I was even asked, at least 3 times, to wait another week - which I did. Last email was again referring me to the expired tracking and saying that due to the pandemic, shipping is slow. Four plus months is not slow - its non-existent. Save your money and order from Wish or Ali Express! User's recommendation: DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.
