I have been a customer for over 30 years with several policies. 2017-**** I submitted 2 claims. One for hail damage to roof, the other for flood inside house. My premium went up over 100%. In February 2019 pipe burst house flooded. This was the only claim submitted to this property. As long as I paid premiums for well over 30 years I was an excellent customer. It all changed when I submitted a claim. I believe there should be a law against unscrupulous companies such as Cincinnati.
