Over 3 months to resolve return/exchange order

I used to buy from Killstar regularly. I will never purchase anything from this dishonorable comoany ever again. Long story short it took them over 3 months to refund me. They made multiple mistakes with my order and repeatedly ignored my emails to them. I had to pay return shipping even though Killstar made mistakes with my order. Finally, Killstar tried to issue me store credit for a new item I returned within their 14 day window and brand new in packaging etc. I included a note with my return stating very specifically that I was upset, wanted a refund. This company plays games and acts like a bunch of upset children when you dare to complain about their now terrible service. Killstar tried to force store credit on me, so I had to open a BBB complaint, wait over two more weeks, email them yet again all to get a refund under $50 for a dress I returned to them weeks ago. And finally, as a customer of Killstar.US for about 6-7 years I own a lot of their dresses. The last 4 items I ordered were of noticeably lower quality, very poorly made and the sizing was wildly off. Killstar takes zero responsibility for their products and never responded to any of my emails asking about these issues. DO NOT RECOMMENDED. I am so angry at how I was treated and that my time was wasted for so long, over so small an amount. Playing games with people like me will only make us rightfully angry, and your business will be held accountable for it's poor treatment of paying customers. I am truly outraged and will share my experience across social media in an effort to spare others what I just had to go through for a $45 refund.
