Reported a outside security light out here at Windwood Manor Apartments (For seniors and the disabled), 18 apartments only, in Collins, Mississippi and southern pines has yet to repair/replace the light. The outage was reported at 5:30 am on Friday morning, February 5, 2021 and seniors and disabled people need the light to shine so they can see where they are going outside when walking their pets or doing whatever they need to do outside at night. User's recommendation: Poor quality of service.
