Where do I start?.. why do we as renters in a postage stamp yard pay the same rent space as a double wide with a large yard?. why are they increasing rent?? Oh ya to buy New Homes!!!. painted my place last year as told, and now they want it painted again... on who's Dime?. I am on SSD and soon will not be able to even live here. Why are certain tenants favored? and others told No and also to mind our Own Business. seems like the CAL-AM homes are just Money Hungry?? Management wants my AC out of my bedroom window.. not in line of sight... I have a contract with the county to stay here for another year and a half, otherwise I would not be staying.. demand repairs that are down right ridiculous like a little crease in a scream. So with always increasing rent how can Anyone afford the continues demands on repairs and then threaten to Evict us if not this are done in 45 days.. WORST PLACE TO RENT FROM
