Seterus has consistently called about payments commencing on the first of each month. They called night and day. In 2015, I was laid off and Seterus offered a Mortgage Loan Modification and it was determined by Seterus that if I did not sign the contract, I would go into foreclosure. I believe that they were going to lower my mortgage payment but it was lowered by $100 and the terms of the loan were for 60 years. I know that I will not be able to pay off my mortgage with their interest and terms. It has been the worst financial arrangement that could happen to me. I have lived in my house 25 years and all I can say is that this company is robbing people and no one is doing anything about it.
