Outrageous Delivery Fees.

When my mom passed away I changed the gas/electric to my name. I don't live in the home but keep gas/electric running through the winter. The gas/electric that I use per month is $55.86 but the DELIVERY SERVICES ARE $75.80. How can a company charge more to "deliver" services than what is actually used. I work for Utility company in Florida and they do not charge any "delivery" fees. I feel that National Grid is a corporate scam and stealing money from hard-working Americans. People in Upstate NY need to start complaining to National Grid publicly so they will lower their "delivery charges" which I am sure is going into bonuses for the CEO's.
