We had the storm Isaias come through on 8/4. Our internet has been out since then and Cox still has no idea when internet service is to be restored. At best we maybe talking 8/15 but I would not bet on it. My guess is we will be out for over 1/2 month. Cox says they are working hard to restore service and will only credit an account for actual outage days. If you work at home their attitude is it sucks to be you. Customer loyalty refuses to comp any extra service credits. Stay away from them as they are showing incompetence in restoring service in a timely manner. User's recommendation: Stay away if at all possible.
