STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEIR GOAL IS TO RIP YOU OFF WITH UNNECESSARY REPAIRS! We are experienced income property owners so we are not ignorant consumers. We called Mr Appliance in Rio Rancho NM to check a gas stove that the burners were not coming on. The tech arrived and said it needed a new computer board at a cost of $562, and further stated it was a very common problem on this model. We got Sears repair to come in after that, and the problem was that the child lock button was engaged, that's it. Clearly this was a textbook case of trying to take advantage of an out of town owner. Franchise owner and franchise corporate office would not return calls.
