We purchased a metal roof in 2007. Have had a few incidents, but heavy rains are showing that the roof is not what they claimed, and what happened to the guarantee for life? There is water running into your attic from the chimney, and when I try to contact the company, I get a call girl answering asking for a hot chat line . . . then I try another number, no longer in service. No web site, nothing. Looks like we got screwed by another fly by night company, but they advertised nationally, and we assumed they were a reputable company.
