Our vor max toilet has never lived up to its hype. Now, it only flushes when the handle is held down several seconds. We bought it at Home Depot less than 3 years, ago.

I called your customer service number and held 32 minutes before hanging up. I was not given the option of a call-back. That's not acceptable.
