Our address was given to new tenant

Someone was given our apartment address and theyre trying to set up utilities which is in turn disconnecting ours. We are at 350 S San Fernando and believe this other individual should be at 250 S San Fernando, but was accidentally given the wrong address. Please contact us ASAP. I cannot get anyone from the Avalon Burbank to call or email me back.
