Air fryer basket on the 7.2 qt the black coating is coming off. I called the warrenty dept. Requested pictures , price and letter from HSN. I sent all required info. They said they would send me another basket of which they have not. I call and they said they were sending it this has been going on for 3 months. I really do like the fryer as u can cook at lot in it. I have used other Wolf Gang Puck products and have been well pleased....What else can I do to get the basket.?
