Organisation is bad

Michael Spina is hopeless and did nothing at all with helping us with problems! Throughout the whole job he didn't do a thing. The Mount Gravatt store need to get rid of him! We contacted the tradies ourselves and got what we needed done. After being told he was in charge, he was useless!
