orders a wallet

Ordered a wallet I emailed them In May saying I haven't received it anc they stated it is back ordered. Then I emailed them again and they said it was delivered so I need to deal with post office about it. I then get an email about $88 dollars in credit but never got it they charged my bank account. What is going on with this company? I need answers
