I have been trying to order replacement parts for two days now. They have no online ordering option and you have to call the customer service number that has been busy for two days now. I've made nearly 20 calls over a two day time frame at various times during the day (interrupting my work day to make the calls) and the line is constantly busy and there is no option to leave a call back number. SERIOUSLY!!! This is the 21st century and their customer service process is like the 1980's. Are there any other resources I can order Huffy replacement parts. User's recommendation: Don't buy Huffy because you won't ever be able to order replacement parts.
