Ordering in the wrong currency such as US when I live in Australia

Hi. I have an online account on Showpo and I always buy items on it. For some reason my currency had being changed to US instead of Australian currency as I live in Australia. I didn't think anything of it when I had bought a dress and a few other items with it. I had then realised that I had paid more and also got the wrong size dress as it's in US sizes as well. I had then messaged and called up Showpo not even an hour after I had made the purchase. I had addressed that I wanted a refund to two different people as I didn't want it to come and then have to send it back. I had an email hours later saying my order has been dispatched already and I have to go out of my way to send back the items when I don't think this is fair. Thankyou
