My experience has been terrible dealing with pep boys. I had made an order online before and received message to pick up. When I arrived to the store I was told there was nothing to pick up that wasted my time. Every since then I feel I have been sent harassing emails I have unsubscribe plenary of times but you guys constantly keep sending me other customers information. I tried to give you guys business again yesterday but hat was a failure again. I will never purchase or refer anyone to pep boys due to the unorganized professionalism and poor customer service. I ask to please remove my email ([protected]@yahoo.com) from any of your data I do not want emails sent to me regarding other customers information. It seems your company is not handing customers data correctly. If you want to speak with me I can be reached at [protected]. PLEASE REMOVE MY EMAIL FROM YOUR SENDING LIST!
