I ordered two pairs of boots and noticed one pair size was a 5 m and I wear a 9 m. I immediately tried to cancel and got a message showing (order not found) I tried to cancel within 10 minutes. Today I called customer service and was told by the pleasantly nice customer service representative I would have to return the boots. I advised her that the boots was not going to be sent until 9/13/2021 and really felt since they had not been shipped I should have been able to change the size. She noticed in the system the boots can be returned for a refund, order# NW-835586 User's recommendation: Please please check the size before placing order.
