So, I ordered a Metallica quilt from this website for $70 at the beginning of November for m girlfriend because she tagged me in a post on Facebook. So I ordered it, and told her and she had already bought one for herself. I emailed them and asked for a refund because she told me to not worry about it and we didn’t need two. When I emailed them about it, they said that it wasn’t refundable. I was like okay whatever. One month passes, and I’m not rushing them, just wanted to know what’s up because I understand how long quilt may take to make and maybe they had a high volume of orders, etc. so I emailed again and they told me not to worry. When I go to check out my order, the website disappeared!!! Then JANUARY comes along and my girlfriend receives her quilt. It has *** fabric and that’s not even the worse part... the entire thing is printed backwards! They still haven’t emailed her. Flash forward to February and it still isn’t here. For the grace of god do not EVER buy from this store.
