Also related to them is sugarandcotton.com Original review posted by user Aug 29, 2018 1. ordered male sweater around mid-June 2018 2. received order confirmation immediately 3. followed up by email a month later, received this reply: "We're sorry to inform you that there seems to be a problem with the shipment of your Order. The shipping carrier has not provided tracking details until now and your packages' tracking information says "not found". We sincerely apologize for this matter. We can process a reshipment for this order. Reshipment will be free of charge. Please reply with your shipping address for confirmation." - so they are asking for my shipping address??? But I gave my shipping address again. 4. Another 3 weeks went by. Nothing received and no tracking info. Wrote again. 5. Got this response: "Upon checking, your order was shipped and it's on the way. The post office has not yet provided the tracking details. Orders were shipped in bulk and they need more time to process the details. Please don't worry, we guarantee our shipments 100%. We will inform you of the tracking details once it is available. " 6. Another week passed. No tracking details. Wrote again. No response at all. 7. Asked for cancellation and refund. Now 2 months gone since order date. No response. 8. Now 2 and half months later, no response.
