I ordered seasonal apples for my parents for arrival December 2019 . They never arrived . Just called customer service and I will receive refund . Hmmm , good customer service would be to replace the order at no cost and be refunded . Harry and David charge a lot for their products . I will also say that I placed 5 other orders to family members . Most were good . The pears were NOT .
