Ordered hair gel FROM http://newvobeauty.com/ and only after I contacted them 10 days after the purchase inquiring about my order did they say they would reverse the charge because they do not have the product in stock. So I'm out the 10days I waited and I don't think they would have contacted me had I not tracked them down. I just feel like they are not running there web store properly and that you should be warned when buying from them. They will take your order thats for sure but good luck getting the product you ordered online. m
