Ordered Product and wanted my money back bad customer service

I ordered the product off this website (http://www.coffeepurecleanse.com/ca/) and realized afterwards they charge you $95 US for the product, so I wanted a refund and did not want this product shipped to me; so I tried to call, but the # provided in the confirmation email does NOT work. I emailed them, with no response. My credit card was charged the next day for the product. I wrote them many of emails saying how dis-satified I was this happened as I told them I did not want their product. So they eventually wrote me back giving me some RMA # you MUST have to return the item, after I complained profusely. I returned the product, and got confirmation it was recieved by them by the online Canada Post tracker. I then emailed them a bunch of times wanting my money back as they indicated in the email and I DID NOT receive an email back from them or my MONEY. This company is a scan and I would not order from them. They also charge your credit card monthly if you order their product and send you a *** product for $95 a month. It was hard to find a way to stop this as well; I eventually found a phone # on the bottle I returned and it was an automated service so I did not get to leave my feedback on how disapointed I was with their service.
