Ordered Poster package lost

Hello, A few days ago I ordered a Poster. It was sent and should be delivered by FedEx at last monday, june 28. It didn't come. Next day I traced my package and now FedEx says the package is in France at a package-center and FedEx says that date of deliverance is unknown... WHAT DOES MY PACKAGE DO IN FRANCE? IT WAS PICKED UP IN EINDHOVEN, THE NETHERLANDS, AND DUE TO BE DELIVERED!! Please can you help me? With kind regards, Jolande, Enschede, the Netherlands. User's recommendation: This mailadress doesn't connect to Canva... so no satisfied Answer.
