Ordered on January 31, now February 17th, still no delivery

I ordered my filters on January 31st, and haven't received my filters as of February 17th. When I try to track the shipment, it just says that they have been in OHIO since February 3rd. I'll try to phone the company again on Monday. Don't think I will ever use this company again .
