Ordered, no confirmation and not able to contact customer service for a half hour…so far. Still waiting.

I tried to order online. I didn't get a confirmation. Then I tried again. Got a message to wait and try again. I think I got charged at least twice. I can't get in touch with customer service. I tried to get help on line. Waited a half hour then called their number. Still on hold after 25 minutes. They totally suck! I would rate them a minus 10 stars if I could. User's recommendation: Do not order online using this company.
