Ordered blanket two weeks before Christmas, it is now Jan. 30th and still no blanket. They sent me a note telling me to read their policy on their website regarding their expected shipping times. Have not been able to find it it on any of their ads or website. I am sure it is there someplace. Poor way of doing business and building customer loyalty. Their customer abatement program is working well. Seems like they are strong in marketing but very weak on customer support. I am an eBay seller and maintain a 99% - 100% rating; it’s not that hard to deliver good service.
