We contacted 24 Hour Wristbands and stated when and why we needed the product. We were very clear on the deadline date. We called to check up on the order status SEVERAL times and each time we were told, "We are going to open a ticket and someone will contact you." We were never contacted. The product was finally shipped after the event. We paid over thousands and were offer $14 dollars refund.if youryouIfIf User's recommendation: As long as you have 3 to 4 weeks to wait for your items.
