I ordered three bracelets for my granddaughter for Christmas and I received one with the wrong inscription. I did not receive by Christmas but thought I could give for birthday. I will not receive the correct order until after her birthday. I called to get instructions as to what to do as I did not want to be charged for shipping (a $7.95 return shipping and possible shipping cost for the shipping of correct item). I was on the phone for about 50 minutes waiting to speak to customer service before the phone was disconnected on the their end. I called back and I am waiting again. I don't feel as I need to pay any more shipping costs for a mistake they made.
