Ordered a microwave oven and extended warrantee by phone that was in stock to be delivered within 5 days. On day 8 called to see whats going on as no tracking or communication from this Factory Outlet Store. Was informed by an Indian representative that was very difficult to understand that it was never shipped. He would not answer my question of when it would be or when it would be received. Day 10 emailed & demanded notice of shipping or my $ returned. No response. The local district attorney needs to put these P.O.S. es out of business and punish them as deserved.
