ordered an outfit… only got half of it

Bought a black skirt, knee high stripped socks, fish nets, black Wednesday Adams shirt. It was an outfit deal but didn't come with the shoes in the deal. I only received shirt and skirt. Had no problem taking my daughters money. My daughter has emailed twice and the website says replies back in 2 days yet haven't heard a thing. This needs to be resolved. Paid almost $70.
