Ordered a shirt May 3, 2018, after a few week delay with no communication...…. first inquiry was told a shipping problem, next inquiry they asked for another week to get resolved, they never resolved. After several weeks of poor correspondence from them I requested to cancel order and get a refund. They sent me a copy of my order saying they refunded. Today is October 9, 2018, and still no refund. They said they processed the refund July 17, 2018, I even sent them copies of my bank card statements for July and August showing no refund. Now they wont even respond to my continuing emails. Glad it was only about $35. Lessen learned. I'm still sending them emails inquiring. I have over 45 emails of correspondence to them.
