Ordered a product; have not received; cannot get proper resolution or refund

I ordered two toy talking stuffed hamsters as advertised on Facebook, company (Baby Times Originals)for my two grandchildren and have emailed them 4 times, there was no order number or tracking information given to me or to the recipient and have been emailing back and forth inquiring about my purchase with no luck, which was my son and daughter-in-law's address. They have sent me response only after I had to get aggressive with them and only after I sent them three emails. They took my money but no details of the status or tracking number of this product, "Talking Hamsters". I either want the products sent to my son's address or a refund. This ad is advertising on Facebook, Baby Times Originals. Also on my last email, I responded to a Shawn T. Nora L. Parker nparker951@***.net User's recommendation: FRAUD; DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, NO PRODUCT.
