Ordered a light fitting but received a different light

Ordered a light that they advertised with specific specification but receive a different light. They are not giving me the run around that they cannot issue a return label and refund me till they have resolved the incorrect shipment with the manufacturer. Their problem with their supplier is not my problem but it seems as if I am getting stonewalled....
