Ordered a book 6/7 and paid for express shipping. Not received.

Ordered a book from BAM on 6/7. It was labeled IN STOCK. Requested Express Mailing. All other providers I tried online labeled the book OUT OF STOCK. Called BAM on 6/14 to ask where my book was. Nice person told me they were waiting for a shipment. I asked why they marked the book IN STOCK. She informed me that they label the book in stock because the get shipments periodically. I explained that this was false advertising, when a person cant find the book anywhere else online and BAM is stating they have it. She was sympathetic; said she would say something to management; but I looked on the BAM website today and the book White Fragility is still labeled IN STOCK. User's recommendation: Call in your request for a “hot” book. Don’t trust BAM’s labeling.
