I have spoken to your support number and they tell me the 2 neck relaxers were shipped on July 14 .They had no tracking number to give me so I am seeing if I get any better information from E MAIIL. The 2 neck relaxers were ordered in early July and I never received them even though at that time there was a tracking number . The Post office lost them . I paid in good faith and really am looking forward to giving a good report about your product. Kindly send me the 2 I ordered and paid for . Thank you Lorraine Lewis 3485 Sipsey Street.
