Order was sent to wrong Harveys

Called Harveys store direct to order and they said I had to do online I did and they sent to wrong store Tried to get to the right store and never found it (am not from Toronto) I am trying to get my money back and am just being told Call here,call there etc User's recommendation: Don’t go to Harvey’s. Mistake made your money is lost.
