Ordered online 2 items from Nordstrom to be delivered to my home in Michigan. Then I received two emails from Nordstrom. One email stated that one of the items was being shipped. The other email stated that the second item was ready for pickup in their Chicago store. I live hundreds of miles from that store. I called customer service and hopefully that item will be in the mail soon. User's recommendation: Online shopping at Nordstrom has been good in the past. This is the first time I’ve had a problem with them so will continue to use them.
