Order to be returned. Doesn’t fit

I would like to return the 2 bras I ordered as they do not fit. The return label indicates I will be charged $9.99 to return these. Had I known you would charge such a fee, I would not have ordered them. Please advise what you will do to give me a full refund of this order including the postage. User's recommendation: Be sure you plan to keep what you order. Very expensive to return. This stuff comes from China.
