I placed an order over the phone([protected]) on the 8th of Oct. I was told to expect in 10 days. I was never told the amount charged to my debit card, but I assumed it would be about $70 to $80 dollars. I received my bank statement and found I was charged $179.96 and I received the product on the 27th of Oct. When I opened the box, I found 4 window wonderlands, and at first I thought I could give as gifts, but when I opened up 1 of them I was very disappointed to learn that you had to choose 1 of 6 clips, where I thought all 6 would play 1 after the other, so I decided to return them, but there was no information in the box as to how to return them. So I called the number which was on my bank statement to get info on how to return them. I spoke with a man named George and he asked for my email address, which I gave him, and he said an email with instructions would be sent to me. Well it's been just over a week and still no email. So I called again today and I was told to keep them and receive 25 dollar credit ? I said I wanted to return them and I think I was told to just return it to the address on the box? Now I am not sure where to send them because I could barely understand this man today. I am really frustrated. I want a refund but to where do I send them. When I go on their website it says New Jersey, but the address on the box says California. This really stinks. Please help.
