I ordered a seven piece oudoor wicker pub style dining set. I live in NY and have tracking apps for FED EX and UPS. The shipped the item to GA for whaever reason and when I contacted them o find out what was happening, they promptly emailed me and informed me that they were cancelling the order and would refund the charges to my credit card. I immediately emailed them back asking why they were automatically cancelling my order when all they had to do to correct the problem was forward the item to my correct address. They never answered my second email and its been four weeks now and I have never received the promised refund to my card. Had I seen this review, I wouldn't have bought from this company and I also wouldn't have ordered it had it not been on the Walmart website as one would assume that Walmart would make sure their venders are responsible and reliable businesses. I ordered via Walmart.com and the item has been removed from my order history and there are no phone numbers or any contact information on the pop-up bubble for contacting customer service at Amazing Villa. Very frustrating and seems like a planned scam. I did place a complaint with Walmart.com but have never received any reply about it.
