I ordered a shirt on 02/20/2019 and it is now 03/12/2019 and still no status of when the shirt may delivery, ship, or anything for that matter. (because order processing is so very explanatory after 14 business days and 20 total days since my order was placed) it would be one thing if shipping were free, but no. I paid for this and to ship it for it to still be "processing" after this long. So, due to the fact that this has been such a long wait, I decided to look up their customer service number that is no where to be found! But you know what they do have? They have an area on their website that "answers all the questions you may have" that I presume was created to try and dodge all the phone calls they would probably get due to this delayed shipping issue. I just want my shirt. It would be one thing if I knew the status such as you implementing a tool that says "shirt being made" or anything other than just "order processing" as I feel this is very bland and leaves your customers in the dark about their orders that are so highly anticipated. I'd be willing to be a lot more patient if I knew more than just "processing" after 14 business days.
