Order sent was not what I ordered

Update by user Dec 29, 2020 Yes, that was my problem,,,called corporate today, they couldn't have been BETTER,,,apologized for problem offered my money back,, I didn't want money,,,just what I ordered,,,then store called again apologetic wanted to make right and he did,,,WILLIAMANTIC store send the greatest arrangement my grandkids had ever seen,,,THEY WERE OVERWHELMED,, EVERY Problem was resolved and I will order from EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS AGAIN and AGAIN,, Original review posted by user Dec 24, 2020 Ordered from Meriden store shipped from Williamantic store not the Holly Jolly Village large,,,they sent fruit in a can container,,,called Meriden they told me to call williamantic that was closed,,,called Meriden told to call corporate wrong number given,,,called another number left on hold no one ever answered Terrible service,,,Charged $100.00 Awful customer service,,,after you took the money no one cared User's recommendation: Make sure you ship what is ordered and paid.
